Holiday house

The main living area upstairs has a very spacious open-plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen, a lovely open fireplace for the cooler weather, TV with pay TV and DVD. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second a double and the third a single. There is a large modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs there is a separate, fully self-contained, two bedroom unit with lounge, dining, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet, one double bedroom and one with double bunks. Large rear decks with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Laundry and lock-up garage. 500m to beach near Mt Cook lookout.

Locality

Copacabana has a relaxed seaside village atmosphere and is surrounded by beach, lagoon and national parks. The local surf club patrols the beach which offers great surf for swimmers or board riders, a rock pool - perfect for children and snorkelling. Jog or stroll the beach to McMasters at the southern end and the lagoon offers kayaking, canoeing, fishing and easy walks along the banks. The village shops offer all necessities and the local cafes and restaurant are well patronised.

Property

You can enjoy a quiet, restful holiday or for the more active holidymaker, there's golf, tennis, boating, fishing, surfing, bushwalking etc all within easy reach. Nothing can beat sitting back at the end of the day with glass in hand enjoying the STUNNING VIEWS. Only 1 hour north of Sydney, Copa is close to all amenities.
The back yard is fully fenced so dogs are welcome to come and stay with you.

The back yard only is fully fenced with a 1.2m high wire fence. It is mainly natural garden - very little grass so not suitable for exercise. There is a large, covered timber deck area on the lower level and the laundry is also on this level. The laundry can be used for sleeping. The undercover area means that dogs can be out of the sun and rain if need be. Dogs are allowed in the house but we ask that you watch for any marking of territory and take appropriate action.
