COPA BEACH HOUSE - HC
Family style beach house located m from Copacabana Beach. Well appointed 4 bedroom, single storey home that sleeps 8 people.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite, its own balcony and built in wardrobe. A second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds with built in wardrobe while the fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds and set of draws. There is a separate toilet and bathroom, with the bathroom containing a spa bath.
The main living area contains a dining table and lounge focused around a Plasma TV and DVD with double doors leading to the outside entertaining area and BBQ. A second living area with lounge and plasma TV and DVD provides a separate area for kids to watch their own dvds or play games.
The kitchen is a modern design with stainless steel dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
A separate laundry contains a front end washing machine and dryer. The small level backyard contains both grassed and paved areas, including a clothes line. Undercover parking for two cars and off street for 2 more.
A great place to relax and unwind. Put car away and enjoy the laid back Copacabana Beach and surrounds.
Bond - Credit card imprint required at check in.
