At the CopaView you can check out the waves before heading down for a surf or you can just lay back and enjoy the magnificent view.
Situated opposite the beach the CopaView is only a 2 minute stroll to the patrolled northern end of Copa beach, surf club, cafes, shops, even a great childrens' playground and rockpool which is perfect for snorkelling and younger children. Everything you need is at your doorstep -simply arrive, unpack and relax!

On top of all this you have a breath-taking 180 degree ocean & beach view and you can breath in the sea air, fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night and wake up to the morning sunshine...

Even your dog will be pampered with a shady, safe and fully enclosed outdoor courtyard to relax in plus the section of the beach between Copa & McMasters is an unleashed beach area makiing it a great holiday destination for your pet too. Note pets are on request only.

Enjoy a morning cappuccino, croissant and newspaper, jog along the beach or take the kids for a paddle in the delightful Copa rock pool or on the lagoon or enjoy a hit of tennis at the local courts, only a 10min walk.

The CopaView features a spacious new bathroom and separate toilet upstairs, an ensuite downstairs (toilet and basin only) plus a great hot & cold outdoor shower. It has a functional kitchen, entertaining deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ and the garage has been converted into a large games room with ping-pong table, nintendo & games.

Other features include stereo, TV, DVD, CD, microwave, dishwasher, heater, fans, separate laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and ironing board & clothes line. The floors are polished timber or tiles for easy maintenance.

Off street parking for 3 cars only. Sorry, no groups aged under 23yrs and strictly NO parties, hens nights etc.

Locality

Copacabana has a relaxed seaside atmosphere and is surrounded by beach, lagoon and national parks. It is only 60-90 mins drive from Sydney and is located close to other popular beaches such as Avoca, Terrigal and McMasters.
Copacabana has one of the best point breaks on the East Coast and is close to all amenities - ocean boat ramp, Crown Plaza Resort (Terrigal), surf beaches, restaurants, golf courses (at Gosford and Woy Woy) and driving range only 10 mins away at Kincumber where there are also more shops, a cinema supermarket and Hotel/pub. Only 5 minutes drive to Avoca Beach with old-time cinema and paddle boats on the river and a 20 minute drive brings you to Erina Fair Shopping Plaza and access to Brisbane Water for water sports..

Surrounded by national parks & inland waterways there is plenty to do - swimming, surfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, prawning, boating and bush-walking. Also at Copa you'll find a Whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast.
