Starlight Cottage is a cosy home built in 1929. It is self-catering with a generous breakfast basket provided by your hosts. The cottage is centrally located and the Warrumbungle National Park and Siding Springs Observatory are just a short drive away.
"It was a perfect place for us to stay as a stopover on our long drive from Melbourne to Bribie Island (Qld) - 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 very happy dog who got to have a great run in the large yard. It was very homely and just like staying with friends."

"The accommodation was excellent. We were met on arrival and made to feel quite comfortable We had a small dog (West Highland White Terier) "Maggie Mae" who was accepted and made to feel at home. Rule was for dog not to get on furniture which we had no problem respecting. Enjoyed stay and will certainly return when next travelling to Qld next time. "

"Starlight cottage provided a warm and welcoming haven for weary travellers. From the point of booking to closing the front door on leaving, the quality of service was excellent. The well preserved califorian bungalow style house with its special ambience, specious accommodation and room for your much loved pets to stretch their legs was a relaxing oasis. All needed facilities were on hand. This has been our third stay which speaks for itself. It is certainly value for money. I congratulate the operators on providing a much needed quality service to the travelling and holidaying community."

"Starlight Cottage had everything you could possibly need, from proper kitchen knives and a truly non-stick frying pan down to mundane, but so useful plastic boxes for packed lunches; we will definitely recommend it to friends! It was warm and cosy despite the frosty temperatures outside, and all of us including our dogs felt right at home. The beds/mattresses were beautifully comfortable as well, and the electric blankets so warm and indulgent! The owners obviously put a lot of thought into making it a great place to stay - thanks for a lovely few days."
