Holiday house

Magnolia Town House can comfortably accommodate 8 people. There is a wood fire, large modern bathroom with deep luxury bath, polished floors, spacious kitchen spilling out onto a large back garden. This is an elegant style home at an affordable price. Portable cot also available on request. Also provided is a large BBQ, LUG, all high quality linen, washing machine, all weather outside area, all kitchen requirements. Just arrive!

Tea and coffee facilities provided.

Check in is a 3pm unless prior arrangements are made. Please indicate approximately what time you will be arriving prior to arrival date.

A beautiful home, close to town but out of the fray. We have a large family and were all able to stay in this house comfortably. The wood fire heats the entire house, and the bath is wonderful. Magnolia Town House is located on the mountain side of town, and is a short 20 minute drive to the foothills of the Warrumbungle National Park, where there is a tourist information centre will provide you with maps and suggestions for your stay. There is also an information centre in the town.

Magnolia Town House is an upmarket style of house, with quality finishes. The house is serviced once you leave however if you require a regular service and are staying for longer than 2 weeks, please ask at time of booking. Extra services can be arranged with prior notice at an additional cost.

The Town House has a fully-fenced yard, however some dogs may be able to get over the fence. There is also the lock up garage where dogs can be left at night time. Dogs need to be well behaved and well socialised as it is a quiet neighborhood. Cats are not permitted. Pets must not be allowed inside, and premises and yard must be left free of droppings. No other pets accepted.

Rockclimbing & Abseiling

The Warrumbungle Mountain Range are perfect for those wishing to trek or climb, however your own gear will be needed as there are no hire places here.

Magnolia Town House is a lovely winter experience. Snow is rare but temperatures can drop to minus 10 in the middle of winter. Wood is provided for the wood heater, however kindling is not. Fireplace must be used responsibly and left clean and tidy.
