"The Loft" is a three level home. On the bottom level is a dual length garage for car and boat(extra door height a bonus, no boat canopy 'blues'), a games/(bed) room with pool table & bar fridge,foldout sofa bed and handy bathroom/laundry/toilet. The next level has an open plan kitchen/loungeroom, huge main bedroom with ensuite, and front and back verandah with bbq/gas, both with Lake views. It has the modern conveniences of a dishwasher, LCD TV for the loungeroom and bedroom, DVD/Video and a stereo soundsystem throughout the home. The third level is an open loft with lovely lake views, which can be used to relax in or to sleep extra guests (air/foam beds only). The local store is immediately nearby, and the park/bbq's/swim area/playground and boat ramp are 200m from the house.It must be said, that this house stays cooler in summer, and warmer in winter with its modern architectural & insulative properties.
The area is tranquil and wildlife such as the local kangaroo's and wallaby's can be seen daily in the yard and surrounding area's. Coomba Park is a gateway, by boat or road, to the magnificent Great Lakes and all it has to offer. Whether it be the beauty of the Myall, Wallis or Smiths Lakes, Seals Rocks, the pristine beaches (Bluey's, Boomerang, Elizabeth), or exploring the National Parks and great local cafe's, to shopping, swimming and eating out in the Forster/Tuncurry area. Coomba Park is a village with a population of only 800. It is 10 minutes by boat into Forster/Tuncurry. The drive into Coomba Park is immediately along side the Wallis Lake, after turning off the Lakes Way.
