Bed & Breakfast

Ellstanmor is a lovely old country home with a rich tapestry of history. Its the current home of Georg and Allison Froeschl and family. The house features 4 x B&B rooms all with queen beds and own ensuite,there is a parlour, dining room and TV room. The guests have space to spread out and unwind, we have supplied the casual furnishings to relax, read a book or kick back and focus on doing nothing! If you wish you could retreat to the library, a quite room in the lower level. We have one of the best coffee machines in town, so we can make you coffee anytime. The lower ground floor features a nice Tuscan style 2 bedroom appartment for families or groups.

Locality

Snowy Mountains! That says it all. We are on the doorstep of the Snowies where you can enjoy winter Skiing or summer walks, the alpine bush starts just outside town and we are near great bush walking tracks. The town of Cooma Has old pubs and homes and in winter the main street is a bustling neon strip of Ski shops, cafes and shops. In summer it slows down for a while, back to the country town of old.The south coast is an hour away and a day trip is the way to see all the sites and drive through historic villages, we will supply picnic baskets and Coffee for the trip.
