is a LARGE two storey 4 Bedroom + Study (option of 5th Bedroom) This house is situated within 5min walk to the Beautiful Yaroomba Beach & Hyatt Regency Coolum. This house features a large inground pool, bar & pool table room, two living/lounge rooms dining room large Kitchen 3 large seperate outdoor decks two with ocean views, double garage and a fully fenced front and backyard for pets.
Full HD Digitial LCD TV, DVD player and Stereo.
The study can be converted into a 5th Bedroom on request and we dont mind if you bring extra Bedding for children or other quests.

This Property is located at Yaroomba only a short 2min drive to coolum and 5 min walk to Yaroomba Beach and the Hyatt Regency Coolum.
Its just a short drive to Noosa, Peregian, Maroochydoor Sunshine Plaza and the famous Eumundi Markets & Mount Coolum is only 10min walk away.
Montville and Maleny are about 30 min drive so you can explore the arts and crafts shops and amazing views of the
Sunshine coast.
