This neat Holiday House offers you total privacy in a fully fenced yard. Close to all facilities, 10Kms to Maroochydore CBD.

Walk to the new Surfair Hotel-Resort development that features a 5 star restaurant offering outdoor dining 50 metres from the beach. Hotel and bar dining is also offered. There are several resturants all with-in walking distance.
Half way between Noosa to the north and Caloundra to the south.
20kms to Australia Zoo. They will pick you up at the door.

Or dine at home with Alfresco dining all year round. It is designed to relax.

Regular vistors have been coming back up to 4 times this year alone. The welcome book at your arrival has hand written testimonials from many of the guests.

Locality

Marcoola is a small town with no parking or traffic congestions only miles of clean white sand.

However it is also the centre of the Northern Beach area, only 30kms to Noosa in the north or 30kms to Calroundra in the south. 10kms to Maroocyhdore, the largest CBD on the Sunshine Coast.

There is only one road between you and the beach and this is serviced with pedestrian lights

Property

The house is not on a main road or the beach front so sudden winds will not drive you indoors. Yet it always experiences that gentle breeze on those hot summer nights that makes sitting outside on the large outdoor setting, listening to the surf's soft roar, most relaxing.
