Holiday house

The house upstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). Downstairs has one huge room with room divider, queen size bed, bathroom, 2 chairbeds and one day bed - perfect for a family of five.

The house is large enough to sleep 13 people in total.

The house is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The backyard is completely fenced and secure. There is one reverse cycle air- conditioner in the dining/kitchen area and ceiling fans throughout the house and in all bedrooms.

The house is adequately set up for large/extended families, and ideal for a few families wanting to holiday together.

Location & Attractions

Coolum Beach offers holiday-makers a relaxed laid back atmosphere with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops to enjoy. There are also many attractions nearby including Australia Zoo, Big Pineapple, Underwater World, the Ginger Factory, Eumundi markets and many others. Walks, wildlife, fishing and Coolum’s spectacular patrolled beaches and boardwalk are right on the doorstep. Coolum Beach is a pet friendly beach both on and off leash for your treasured friend/s.

Noosa is a 15 minute drive away with fine dining at many of its 5 star restaurants along Hastings Street. The fabulous Noosa river with bike hiring, fishing, or boat hiring is easily accessible. Mooloolaba is a 10 minute drive south with an abundance of bars and restaurants. Brisbane is situated a 90 minute motor-way drive south. The Sunshine Coast airport is serviced by multiple flights daily from other Australian cities.
