Holiday house, Resort

We have tried to create a balanese getaway with all the spoils and little touches of a five star resort with no roads to cross to get to the beach right here in the middle of the sunshine coast which is both pet and family friendly with fully fenced gardens and can sleep up to 12.

There is also a courtesy car free to use which can be dropped off at the Sunshine Coast airport waiting for your arrival.
7 seater kia van with aircon and cd player.
Max 250km, interstate/international guests only. 28 years plus.
5 night min stay.

The two living areas will keep the kids one end of the house and the adults the other.

The home is set out wonderfully so you can push open the bifold doors and let the feel of the Bali style pool and water feature indoors.

We have two bathrooms with marble from top to bottom one has an open shower and the other has an amazing stone bath/shower.

After lazing around at the beach or pool enjoy a bbq or cook a banquet in our kitchen designed for a chef. Dishwasher too!

Be entertained with 2x huge plasmas, cable tv and dvd.
Oh! dont forget xbox360 for the kids!

If you need to wind down some more hop in the huge spa which can be set to 40 degrees.

If by anychance you enjoy surfing we have one of the best breaks on the coast picking up swell when everywhere else is flat.It also can handle the summer NE wind because of the way that it faces.

We are positioned 1km south from Coolum town centre and 500 metres north of Grand Hyatt Coolum.

Mooloolaba...20 minutes
Brisbane...80 minutes

The Hyatt has 5 resturants within walking distance including a pizzeria with a village square set up, great if the kids arent resturant trained yet.

Three golf courses are close Hyatt, Mount Coolum and Twin waters.

The Hyatt also has a day spa, kids activities and tennis day/night which we can arrange prior to your arrival.

We also have a takeaway 300 metres down the road that also has great fresh seafood, chips and burgers.
The art gallery next door do coffee and cake.

We have an IGA supermarket 1km south at Mt Coolum that also has bottle shop, bakery, takeaway and butchers.
