Holiday house, Resort

The home is set in a small coastal village with cafes and bars and miles of bicycle and walking tracks huging the foreshore.
Positioned close to the beach access offering miles of unspoilt beaches right on your doorstep.
Ideally situated only minutes away from 3 golf courses including the internationally acclaimed Hyatt Coolum home of the Australian PGA Championship and Novotel Twin Waters resort golf course and Mount Coolum golf course,
The garden is fully fenced which is great to keep both pets and kids safe.
The home can be fully opened up to the beautiful coastal breezes of the sunshine coast.

The pool is amazing with Australia's second highest rock formation Mt Coolum as its back drop. It is also solar heated for those cooler months.

There is also a 5 seater spa which can be set to 40 degrees great in June/July.

HDMI tv ready.

Theres a huge hand made lounge/daybed to sink into and watch all your favourite tv shows along with a Nintendo wii to keep the family fit/entertained..

The kitchen is designed so you can all sit around the "chef" while he/she whips up a gourmet feast..

All linen and towels supplied.

The main bedroom pavilion overlooks the pool, with walk in shower, wir and alternate outdoor bathroom, with stone bath.

Bedroom 2,3 have their own pavilion and have queen size 4 poster beds.

Also the lounge can sleep 2 adults.
This works well for 2 large families sharing the home together that don't need separate bedrooms.

The house is positioned 3km south of Coolum town centre 500m north of Marcoola surfclub and resturants.
The Mount Coolum IGA, pizzeria, takeaway, liquor shop and butcher is 500m to the north.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS:All christmas school holiday bookings must be paid in full by the 1st of November.
SCHOOLIES : All schoolies bookings must be payed in full by the 1st of June.
EASTER HOLIDAYS: All easter holiday bookings must be paid in full by 1st February.

Deposits are payed through the Takeabreak link then full balance is payed by either internet transfers or direct branch deposits please. We do not except cash or cheques on arrival.
