This home offers an ultra modern finish in a quiet leafy street right in the heart of Coolum Beach.

The open plan living area offers views of the sparkling pool with waterfall through bi fold doors. Outdoor entertaining is easy with a BBQ and dining table, shaded in the summer months by resort umbrellas.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped, including large fridge with auto ice and water, large 900mm oven, gas cooktop, microwave and island breakfast bar with granite tops.

4 large bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 2 singles, 1 single) plus an optional bed space in the lounge sleeps 8 in total. The spacious and private master suite includes a luxurious bathroom, walk in robe and private deck looking out over tropical gardens.

Right in the heart of Central Coolum Beach within a flat 10 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and Surf Club.
Coolum's long sandy beaches, rocky headlands and bays are sure to please everyone.
