Private and peaceful location, yet just a short 5-10 minute walk to beautiful Coolum Beach, restaurants, shops and the Surf Club.
The beach house comprises 4 spacious bedrooms including a master suite with family/ rumpus and second private deck. All rooms have fans and the master has a reverse cycle air conditioner.
A brand new ultra modern kitchen with large ice/water fridge, microwave and glass ceran cooktop make cooking a pleasure.
The living areas look out through bi-fold doors to a timber deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ. A swimming pool completes the picture, perfect for those summer evenings sipping a glass of wine or a cold beer.

The property is fully fenced with an automatic sliding gate and spacious tandem car port. The all weather car port provides additional space and concrete floor for the kids to play games or ride bikes and skateboards in the shade.
