Bifold doors open to a expansive sundrenched terrace with uninterrupted north east views over the ocean and Coogee valley. The terrace is equipped with BBQ facilities and everything needed for outdoor dining.
This apartment has its own 4mx4m spa pool which extends from two of the bedrooms.
Other features include two Italian marble and tiled bathrooms, one with double showers, three bedrooms with built in robes, reverse cycle air conditioning, modern marble kitchen with Miele appliances, direct lift access to apartment and parking for two cars.
