Ossian Hall" our farm is situated on 86 acres of Australian bush on the banks of the beautiful Colo River. The cottages are nestled on the side of the hill overlooking the valley ideal for that romantic time away to spend with the one you love. If it is a peaceful honeymoon you seek then there is no better place, you can relax in the spa, sauna or indulge in a relaxing massage. Enjoy a sumptuous 3 course dinner, our seafood platter is our signature dish. You can enjoy our farm animals, walk along the river bank or take our dingy out for a row, fish or just catch up on that book that you never seem to have time to read. We have 2 person kayaks for the adventurous along with mountain bikes to explore the local area. There is some serious bush walking tracks for those who like to be at one with nature in the Wollemi National Park just minutes away. We do have our own resident wild life, wombats, swamp wallabies and a never ending list of beautiful birds. Our pool is solar heated and is warm from September to April. The cottages have their own 2 person spas or hot tub spa & sauna room. Enjoy some fun in our games room with snooker or darts & feel free to select a DVD from our library. If you just want a quite time then sit by the river in our gazebo and watch the ducks swim by or hideaway in your beautifully appointed air-conditioned cottage complete with log fire for cold winter nights.

"After arriving unannounced with no booking, we were delighted to be welcomed by Jim & Diane. After a long day on the road, we were treated to a candle lit seafood platter within an hour of arriving. Our only regret is that we did not know Ossian Hall existed, otherwise we would have arranged our trip to stay a couple of days. Jim & Diane, you have restored our faith that real people who offer real service still exist."

Bushwalk in the Wollemi National Park.
Explore The Hawkesbury Valley in all its natural beauty & historic value which extends back to the first fleet & the days of Governor Macquarie.
Visit the oldest church in Australia at Ebenezer & take in Tizzana Winery, then continue on exploring the Hawkesbury Harvest Trail, a unique experience gathering local produce & artefacts. Extend your day to the beautiful botanic gardens of Mt Tomah & Mt Wilson a little piece of English country gardens in the heart of the Blue Mountains.
