Holiday house

Life does not get any better than this, you are guaranteed to relax and unwind in this inspiring holiday home. Sitting on the beach front, 15m from the water's edge & in one of Coledale's most desired locations, you will never want to leave.

Split over 2 levels the home accommodates for 8 guests comfortably, absolutely perfect for 2 families looking to holiday together. Upstairs is a warm and inviting open plan living area with a retro vibe which combines a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, lounge room with gas fireplace and dining area all overwhelmed by spectacular water views. Off the living area flows a large timber deck the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee and the morning sun.

One double bedroom is set privately upstairs with a bathroom nearby. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the lower level, one larger room featuring 2 sets of single bunk beds and the master bedroom with queen bed located on the waterfront with beach views, robe & ensuite bathroom.

A 3rd bathroom, internal laundry and sitting area complete the downstairs living space which opens onto the large lower level deck complete with hammock & BBQ, stroll a little further and you are playing with the kids on an ideal grassed play area or dipping your toes in the water, you really are that close!
