Looking for a well priced getaway for the whole family with all your creature comforts? Look no further...

This large four bedroom home accommodates up to 12 guests and is particularly perfect for couples or those that love a double bed to themselves! The main bedroom is extra large in size with ensuite, walk-in robe and, access to the lower deck area.

Spread over split levels is a separate lounge area downstairs with large flat screen tv including austar andamp, DVD player. Considered with views in mind the kitchen and dining areas sit on the top level spilling onto a large entertaining deck with beautiful ocean views.

A modern kitchen with stainless dishwasher andamp, oven plus an extra large dining table for everyone to bond over dinner plus the added comfort of ceiling fans andamp, air conditioning.

The large deck features an outdoor table to bask in the South Coast sun andamp, enjoy late afternoon breezes plus a 6 burner BBQ for the summer months!

The list goes on - other features include external laundry with shower, corner spa bath to main bathroom, double carport and best of all you will be only a short stroll away from Coledale beach andamp, popular cafe's such as Chedo's.
