2 BR self contained cottage in court location.1 double/2 single beds/double divan / linen supplied for beds.
Cooking facilities and utensils.
Walking distance to: Colac Lake and Baroongarook Reserve ; Botanic Gardens;tennis courts, local IGA; Copac Cinema Complex; Town bus 50 metres from door or walk. A Variety of excellent restaurants to choose from or stay in and cook.
Tourist Information Centre nearby /Vic Rail train service Melbourne-Warnambool line .Bus Daily to Lorne each day/return
Large backyard,Well mannered dog/s welcome by arrangement.
Fruit available in season from the garden.

It was great having the extra space and the dog came too. We had some excellent walks along the Lake and further afield.
