Colleen and Marcus (your hosts)travelled the length of Australia's east coast looking for the perfect place to run a B&B.After years operating boutique hotels and restaurants in the UK,we new we wanted something intimate,tropical and more like a small resort than a typical B&B.
Every thing a guest could dream of is here,4 acres of lush landscaped gardens abundant with bird life,a large sub tropical pool flood lit tennis court and BBQ area,compliment the five well appointed king and Queen ensuite rooms some with double spa's.all rooms have private entrances,outside seating areas,TV,CD,DVD,mini fridge,tea/plunger coffee,bathrobes,hair dryers,and complimentary fruit bowls.
Breakfast with the Birds
Breakfast is a lazy 3 couse gourmet affair seved on the balcony overlooking the landscaped gardens on individual tables, start with fresh juices, seasonal tropical fruits, prunes in earl grey tea or poached pears w`cinnamon or a selection of cereals and yoghurts,followed by a choice of cooked breakfasts maybe potato pancakes topped with smoked salmon and dill and sour cream sauce wets your appertite or turkish bread with avocado, bacon and topped with a poached egg would get you day off to the perfect start or perhaps a traditional English breakfast. followed by muffins and toast good coffee and a selection of tea's and of course the rainbow lorikeet's are on hand to keep you enteranied.
We can also offer a range of meal options if you don't whant to go out in the evening maybe a cold local seafood platter
will wet your appetite.

If golf is your came we are perfectly placed for you sample some of the local courses. Bonville international is just around the corner Australia answer to Augusta and a must for the serious golfers among you . Sawtell an 18 hole course a testing layout, coffs harbour has 27 holes to chose from and there are several other 9 hole courses with in 20 min drive.
Whale watching from May to October and your chance to get up close to these gentle giants even if you don't like boats you can view them from the headlands. A day trip to Dorrigo and the world heritage rain forest is a must the trees are just stunning stop along the way in Bellingen and visit the Gallery's and craft out lets.
Sawtell is a great place for a stroll on one of the pristine beaches followed by a coffee in the main street under the fig trees or catch a movie at the restored theater
