Serendipity - 2 storey apartment on The Esplanade at Coffin Bay. Four bedrooms - sleeps up to 10. Two bathrooms, including a spa bath and smaller conventional bath, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Ducted r/c airconditiong, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, 2 fridges, gas BBQ and outdoor table setting. Large kitchen table seats 10. Double lock-up garage. Corner location, off-street parking.

Locality

Conveniently located on The Esplanade at beautiful Coffin Bay. Opposite historic oyster walk and near the Yacht Club, General Store, boat ramp, hotel, recreation area: tennis court, basketball and bmx bike track.
