Holiday house

Fibro shack with heritage green window and gutters, directly across from the Yacht Club. Views over the bay.
Has 3 bedrooms situated on the Esplanade and is a great location near all town facilities and town jetty.
1st Bedroom Master bedroom Queen sized bed with wardrobe and view.
2nd bedroom queen bed.
3rd bedroom 2 sets of bunks. Plus futon in living area
Sleeps up to 9.
Large open living area with Reverse cycle air, futon bed, ceiling fans, with great views. TVVideo. Kitchen has large fridge, microwave, electric stove and is fully equipped.
Bathroom includes bath, shower, toilet, vanity.
Separate outdoor laundry, washing machine and ironing facilities.
Large porch area with view of bay out front.
BBQ with under cover porch out back and table setting. There is a large shed in located in the enclosed back yard.

Please ask permission for pets.
