Holiday house, Fibro weekender

The 3 bedroom house is situated on the corner of Pine and Aleppo Avenues, sleeping up to 6 people on 4 single beds and one Queen size in air conditioned bedrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and chest freezer, separate laundry with toilet and shower, and an airconditioned living area with TV and DVD. Outside you have a gas flat plate BBQ, outdoor toilet and shower, fish cleaning area and parking for at least 4 cars and a boat. The patio is massive with a great view of the bay and direct access to the kitchen through a sliding door.
Enjoy the serenity or check out the visiting wildlife.
We are a short walk from shops and restaurants, 5 mins to the jetty and yacht club and just around the corner to the fabulous Oyster Beds Restaurant.
Enjoy the Oyster Walk or just sit on your verandah and enjoy the view.

Locality

Coffin Bay is situated on the Eyre Peninsula just 25 mins drive from Port Lincoln on bitument road, on the doorstep of the glorious Coffin Bay National Park.
There is lots to do: boating, fishing, fishing charters, swimming, canoeing and all other water sports. As well as walking trails and great scenery.

Property

The property is located one house back from the esplanade on a corner property on a rise with a great view of the bay.
Walk to the shops, walk around the corner to the fabulous Oyster Beds restuarant, enjoy the Oyster walk or just sit on the verandah and enjoy the serenity and the visiting wildlife.

Rates are for 4 people. $90 per night base rate, $150 per night during Xmas, Easter and Public Holiday weekends, and $120 per night for winter school holidays. There is a loading of $10 per person over 4 during holiday periods. One night stays are available at a higher rate. Linen and/or bedding is available at a rate of $10 per person per week. Please advise if this is needed when making a booking.
