Holiday house

2 Bedroom shack tastefully decorated. Very neat and clean. Located on the Esplanade with views over the Esplanade near Rabbit Island and the Oyster Walk is just in front. Safe Beach across the Esplanade. Plenty of room to park car and boat.
1st Bedroom Master queen sized bed. One set of bunks. All with doonas.
Sleeps 4. Has extra futon. So you could squeeze in 5.
Shack looks small from outside but is surprisingly roomy inside. Great living area that has been upgraded including the kitchen with microwave, large fridge freezer and is fully equipped. Has reversed cycle air cond. Access is on right hand side of house.
The wet area has been upgraded with separate toilet, shower and vanity, with laundry and new washing machine.
The house is set back on the property which blocks out any noise from the road. The front yard is landscaped with views and large front porch.
