Holiday house

This large two-story home is situated in a quieter section of the Esplanade in Coffin Bay with upstairs views over the Channel. Sleeps 8-10. Wheelchair access to downstairs bathroom. Formal & informal entertaining can be enjoyed by both family & friends in the spacious loungedining area. The stylish kitchen has an abundance of cupboards, double fridgefreezer, microwave, gas stove & is fitted with quality appliances throughout. The property is fully equipped.
Four good size bedrooms for people with large families all beds including Doonas. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed is large in proportion and has direct access through sliding doors to a lovely balcony area with a view. A separate toilet & vanity area is ideally situated nearby. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom have 2 single beds in each, the 4th bedroom has 3 singles. This home has 3 toilets in total. It has a reverse cycle split system & a large fuel heater. Outside is a lovely landscaped garden. Close to swimming beaches and plenty of room for boats and vehicles.
