Locality

Coffin Bay on Eyre Peninsula is in the heart of the 'Seafood Frontier', with world renowned oysters and fishing on your doorstep. Fishing charters are available. The Oyster Beds restaurant is within walking distance and is highly regarded for the fresh local seafood dishes on the menu. Port Lincoln is just 25 minutes by sealed bitumen road and offers many sight seeing opportunities for the discerning tourist.

Property

The property is well maintained, situated at the quieter end of Coffin Bay on the Esplanade. Across the road is a beach suitable for small children. The back area of the property is fenced and suitable for pets outdoors. The upstairs verandah area also has a gate. The property could accomodate a large family or two families in separate accomodation. Shared laundry and BBQ facilities downstairs complete the offerings.
