Holiday house

An affordable family getaway is what every holiday guest is after and we have found it for you! Located on a private battleaxe block the home sits in an elevated position which makes the most of spectacular ocean views.

The home is double storey with three bedrooms split over the two levels. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds, one with ocean views. A modern bathroom can also be shared by guests using these rooms. Also on the lower level, internal access to the garage greets you with a games room - fantastic for those with children including table soccer, ping pong table, and darts board.

Heading upstairs you are welcomed by a dining room with seating for 6 and access to an entertaining balcony including Weber Q BBQ and outdoor table to bask in the degree ocean views and beautiful sunrises. The kitchen is generous in size and fully self contained with a dishwasher.

A neat lounge room provides comfortable seating around the flat screen TV and DVD player for relaxing afternoons. The master bedroom features a king size bed plus walk through robe with access to a 2nd modern bathroom on the upper level.

The location is hard to beat, a small quiet seaside cove which ensures peace and privacy, the sea pool, beach and children's playground are across the road plus you are only a short walk to the scenic Sea Cliff Bridge.

The ability to close the gates to the top of the driveway means pets are also considered at this property...what more could you want!
