Spoil yourself with one of our luxurious packages or just enjoy bed and breakfast in our unique way.
Each cottage and studio is designed to take one couple plus a possible third person.
Breakfasts are served to you in your accommodation and dinners are available by prior arrangement.
All accommodation has double spa bathrooms, queen beds, TVs with DVD, mini bars, gas log fires or gas pot belly stoves.
Fresh ground coffee and tea making, quality bathroom requisites, fresh towels daily, dressing gowns, a hair drier and even complimentary port and chocolates, are all part of the extras provided.
Wireless internet access is available in all accommodation and in the Clonmara tearoom.

LocalityClonmara is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Port Fairy, and has a cottage garden setting and large paddocks with our own friendly Alpacas.
We have a traditional English style Tearoom and Giftshop in our c1860 stone cottage at the front of the property; open daily from 9am to 5pm.

Rooms
The garden cottages have an open plan living, sleeping style. Each has one queen bed.
The studios are split level with a queen bed. The sleeping area is located on an elevated level and screened from the lounge area.
All bedding and linen for our accommodation is provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
We can offer a king single folding bed with fully innersprung mattress for a third person and a porta cot. All with bedding and linen included.

Garden cottages are from $170 per night per couple with continental breakfast and studios are $20 extra per double per night. A cooked breakfast service is also available. These prices are the Off Peak rate thru to 18/12/08.
Saturday night only bookings have a higher rate.
Special rates apply to our packages, long weekends and the Port Fairy Folk Festival in March.
