This property has absolute water frontage with no public access. Uninterupted 180 degree bay views offering the best northerly aspect over Corio bay and the You Yangs. All this from the living room or rear outdoor area during those summer barbeques. A large private allotment with beautiful well established and maintained gardens. Only 200m from entry to modern and sheltered boat ramp which caters for most trailerable boats. Two excellent golf courses within 5 minutes and only 10 minutes from the popular surf beach at Ocean Grove.
