Mainly larger dogs will be required to stay on undercover balcony while small pets- dogs and cats allowed inside with their own bedding provided by owners.

Bed & Breakfast

Timber and iron Bed and Breakfast set in tranquil bush and lagoon surroundings. TWO QUEEN SIZE rooms sleep 3 persons comfortably or book both rooms separatley to accommodate a family.
There are TWO rooms available -the BLUE ROOM and the GREEN ROOM. They are semi self-contained air-conditioned spacious rooms with queen size beds,(single trundle available for child), two seater lounge, fridge,TV, DVD,hairdryer, ensuite with toilet & shower, microwave, tea & coffee making facilities, built in safe, shared laundry and your own private balcony.

Clifton Beach is a quiet residential suburb situated 20kms north of Cairns nestled between Trinity Beach and bustling Palm Cove.
Clifton Beach Retreat is located 100 metres from the Coral Sea - a short stroll around the corner, one block back from the beachfront.
There is an in ground swimming pool for your enjoyment set in the lush backdrop of Melaleuca trees (paper bark eucalyptus) which are the home of many native birds including Kookaburras, Rainbow Lorikeets, Ibis, Curlews, Honey- eaters and many more - a bird watchers haven. Also local walabies are visable in lagoon behind the retreat.
An undercover Barbeque area out near the pool will allow you to cook your own barbeque and enjoy the lush bush setting during the day or romantically by candle light at night.
Clifton Beach is only a short distance from Cairns but is easily accessible to all the tours,which Alix will gladly book for you,in the area as you can be picked up nearby to any of the many tours you would like to enjoy, including the Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda Train , Skyrail, white water rafting to name a few.

Although we have pet friendly listed on our property- we only allow very small dogs as there is only a small balcony- closed off to keep your pets on, which is undercover and out of the weather.Please enquire to owners. .
