Holiday house

Downstairs has open plan kitchen/living/dining room, laundry, bathroom, bedroom 1 with queensized bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 with bunks and a single bed. Upstairs has a children's cubby room with toys, bedroom 3 with double bed and bedroom 4 with bunks and a single bed. There is a woodheater and electric wall heaters. Puzzles, books, games, TV, Casio keyboard, boogie boards, bikes are available for use plus a tennis court & racquets. Undercover eating area outside, gas BBQ, plus large paved area under shadecloth outdoor wood fireplace. Cot and highchair provided.

Locality

Limani Lodge is a great base for a beach holiday, visiting Hobart and surrounds or the wineries around Richmond and for exploring the Tasman Peninsula. It's 25 minutes drive to Hobart, 25 minutes to the airport and there are a variety of great beaches and picnic spots in the local area. Lauderdale, 12 mins away has high quality fruit and veg, deli and supermarket items, petrol, bakery, pharmacy, church, newsagent, post office, restaurants, takeaways, a tavern and bottle shop. Fishing, walking and birdwatching also available. Visit the mutton bird rookery at north Clifton between Nov and March at dusk to see birds returning from a day at sea.

Property

There is level access to the house with paved paths surrounding it. At the back of the house is a large entertaining area and a tennis court. There is a covered carport at the front plus off street parking for 3 cars.

There is no phone line to the house, but moblie phone reception is good. Pets are not permitted and smoking is not allowed in the house.

The house is located in a secluded private housing estate adjacent to native bushland and it is well away from any busy roads.

Shearwater (Mutton bird) and rookery viewing available November to March at the northern end of Clifton Beach

Portacot rental is free. A cubby room is available in the house for younger children and there is a large paved outdoor area, parts of which are undercover, but it is not fenced.
