Northview Townhouse is self contained offering 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms +downstairs powder room and 3 living areas. The remote controlled garage off the second living area with glass sliding doors offers an optional safe play area for kids and is equipped with toys and games table if you wish.

Accommodating up to 6 people, the townhouse is well located at the edge of Cleveland Point in the sought after area of Oyster Point. Bay breezes mean that you will rarely need the reverse cycle air-conditioning or fans provided.

There is off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of parking on the adjacent streets.



A feature atrium off the dining room and kitchen along with the secure breezeway and courtyard means that the property always has fresh air flowing whilst being secure.

A fully equipped laundryutility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board makes your stay easy with plenty of drying lines for pool and beach towels.

An outdoor courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture and umbrella makes for easy outdoor living.

The balcony off the main bedroom affords sunset views over the prestigeous Raby Bay canal residential precinct with views of moored boats.

The townhouse is in a small complex of 14 with a communal pool. BeachPool towels are provided.
