Located less than a stone's throw from Clareville Beach, The Hideaway is a fantastic 3 bedroom house suitable for all family types. For those wanting a safe and quiet holiday and close to Pittwater, you need look no further.



The top level of the house has the Master retreat. A lovely sun filled queen bedroom with private balcony facing west capturing the afternoon sun rays. There is also a separate bathroom on this level as well.



The main level of the house has 2 further bedrooms. A queen bed in one and a King Single bed in the 2nd room. There is also a 2nd bathroom and laundry as well as the main living, dining and Kitchen area filling the rest of the room. There is a fabulous log fire for those wanting something a little warming in the winter months or open both the front and back door to get the fabulous sea breeze in Summer.



The back courtyard is bathed in the Morning sun whilst the front balcony is perfect for afternoon and evening meals and just enjoying the setting sun over Pittwater. Completely fenced in , the house is wonderful for children of all ages and there is also a lawn area at the back of the house for those wanting to have a run around.



With Clareville Beach literally about 100m from the house, it is the ideal location for those who are watching the pennies but also want to be within walking distance of the beach. Avalon Village is also only 2 minutes away by car.



Available all year round, this is a terrific place to get away regardless of the time of year as it caters for everyone at everyitme.
