Original Clareville cottage perfectly located just a 50 metre stroll to Clareville Beach. The property has been tastefully renovated and decorated with a large living area on the entry level flowing to an internal courtyard on one side and the front verandah on the other side. The gourmet kitchen includes a dining area and opens onto the internal courtyard flowing through to the living area. There is a study on this level as well as a guest toilet and laundry. On the upper level there are three bedrooms, the main with queen bed and ensuite, the second with two single beds and the third with one single bed. A second bathroom and a living room opening on to a large deck and garden are also on the upper level.



Enjoy the sunset and a glass of wine on the verandah before strolling off to The Clareville Kiosk for a delicious dinner.



Cleaning fee $280. Linen is available for hire.
