Derwent View is a freestanding self contained unit, one bedroom with queen sized bed, full bathroom and kitchen. There is no onsite management, you will deal directly with the owners who provide you with all the comforts of home. Situated a short distance to Claremont shopping centre, bowls club, and golf club. Cadbury's Chocolate Factory, Morilla Winery an MONA art gallery are also 5 min by car. Hobart CBD is a simple ten minute drive down the Brooker Highway. Easy access to the main North/South Highway, our unit is a great place to base yourself for your sightseeing holiday, or business trip. Mobile coverage, and wireless broadband reception are good, there is not a land line in the unit. Enjoy our beautiful views, the convenience of a BBQ on the terrace and the independence of being on your own. The perfect "stay" enjoy yourself close to home, visiting friends and relations and seeing Tasmania that very well kept secret!

Located just 10 minutes from Hobart CBD - and a short distance to the A1 highway. Derwent View Unit is ideally situated for the city of Hobart, to vist New Norfolk and the Derwent Valley, to vist Huonville, Richmond, and is even a day trip to Launceston or Port Arthur. Save the packing and unpacking stay a week at our special rate, you will not be disappointed! And don't forget to visit MONA!
