Cottage, Bed & Breakfast

Springfarm Cottage is only a few minutes from the centre of Clare, yet when you arrive it feels as though you are miles from the hustle and bustle of life, in your very own private piece of heaven.

Amid landscaped gardens lies a gorgeous little three bedroom heritage stone cottage tastefully modernised to ensure a comfortable stay, for couples, families or groups of friends.

On a cold winter day the whole family can entertain themselves in front of a cosy open fire (some wood is provided and there is also alternative heating). There is a TV and DVD or the CD player + a library of movies and CD`s. There are also games,childrens toy`s and books supplied.

There are three generous bedrooms, two have queen size beds ,with views of the garden and the properties own Riesling vineyard. The third has two king singles and a solid timber cot. All beds have quality cotten linen, electric blankets and plenty of extra bedding to snuggle in .

The bathroom has just been renovated and updated to include a full size bath with lovely views, a separate shower, a powder room and separate toilet for the comfort of families or groups of friends.

Everything you need to turn local gourmet produce into a tantalizing meal is provided in the kitchen. You can enjoy the fruits of your labour in the country style dine/kitchen with magnificent views of the surrounding vines or the sheep grazing in your own backyard . And of course there are the visiting kangaroo`s in the evening....

Your tariff includes provisions for a cooked country breakfast, for the first morning of your stay as well as tea and coffee facilities.

Cook your own BBQ and dine alfresco, relax on the verandah or explore the thirteen acres of lush Clare countryside dotted with majestic gums and surrounded by vineyards while the children entertain themselves in safety and privacy in their own play area.
