Christies Cuttlefish is in group of modern holiday townhouses right on the beach.

Open plan living area dowstairs, plus kitchen, laundry and toilet.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two way bathroom and separate toilet.

A fully length balcony with great sea views fronts two of the bedrooms

Christies Cuttlefish is fully self-contained with modern appliances including dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a secure lawned back yard and a double lock up gargage.

Locality

Christies Cuttlefish is in a quiet spot at the northern end of the Esplanade at Christies Beach. The beach is just across the road, and is ideal for swimming. The creek is bounded by scrub and walking trail and makes a great exploring adventure for the kids.

Christies Beach hotel, 24 hour service station and local shops are all within 500 metres. Supermarkets are within 5 minutes drive and a major shopping centre and public tranmsport interchange within 10 minutes.

Beach Rd and Port Noarlunga, a long walk or short drive away have plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Southern Vales and Mclaren Vale vinyards, wineries and restaurants are also within 15 minute drive.
