THE APARTMENT
This is a modern open plan apartment-` the interior is equivalent to four star accommodation.
All furniture, furnishings and carpet are new.

The rate for the whole apartment is $140 per night until December, with a minimum of 7 nights. We do not charge a departure fee.

The new KITCHEN has stone benches with a dishwasher and is fully equipped.

The Lounge room is open plan and spacious and has a plasma HD tv and dvd player and reverse cycle air conditioning.

This opens to the full length balcony with balcony blinds for sleeping in at night. Sunlight streams in during the day.

The BEDROOM has 2 new comfortable king size single beds which can be put together to form a large king size bed.

The new and modern BATHROOM
has a large shower and leads to the internal LAUNDRY with a new washing machine and dryer.
There is a full length BALCONY with district views and a gas barbeque with seating.

LOCATION

The location is perfect; Close to the city on the affluent, safe northside.of the harbour. AWAY FROM THE NOISE of the shops, restaurants, main roads and the Pacific Highway.

The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. If coming by train from the airport you can be met at the station if required.

1st February - 1st December, 2010,
$980 per 7 night stay

December 1st - February 1st, 2010 $1120 per 7 night stay

The people who stayed loved the convenience for the restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, banks and shopping malls. They loved the sunlight streaming and being able to relax on the large balcony with a glass of wine.

This apartment is perfect for the single traveller. It is on the fourth floor of a security building.

Chatswood is a SAFE, vibrant and entertaining shopping destination and is known for its cafes, restaurants and shopping malls. Everything is a 5 minute flat walk away from this apartment.

CHATSWOOD is on both TRAIN & BUS to the CITY ( 10 - 15 MINS) with buses also going to the beaches of Bondi, Manly and Balmoral and into the city.

It is know as Sydney's second CBD
