This self contained cabin is ideally suited for the self drive visitor to Kangaroo Island. Located in the Heartland of Kangaroo Island we are conveniently located to all major attractions.

Relax and stroll through this peaceful setting amidst the many species of wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, possums, koalas, echidnas, goannas, Fairy Wrens, Superb Scarlet Robins, Wedge-tailed Eagles and the endangered Glossy Black Cockatoo.

Meander through the natural paths to the decking and relaxation area on the Eleanor River where you can enjoy a picnic, or just take a stroll along the banks to experience the beauty of this spring fed river and its unique surroundings, birds and wildlife.

This Unique Log Cabin has been built with the environment in mind...

Solar energy supplies the power while hot water is obtained with the use of LPG Gas.

Water is by way of a 12,000 litre rainwater tank which supplies all utilities within the cabin. Waste treatment is achieved by utilizing the latest technology in the use of worms to convert the sewage and grey water to a safe and reusable irrigation system which ultimately waters the surrounding gardens.

Locality

We are centrally located - enabling you easy access to the wonders of the Island including Seal Bay, Kelly Hill Caves and Flinders Chase National Park.

There are many other attractions to visit... The Honey Farm, Eucalyptus Distillery, Ardermeile Marron farm and winery, Pauls Place and the Little Sahara sand dunes just to name a few.
