This 3 bedroom fully self contained Villa unit can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The 1st bedroom has 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed and 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds making it ideal for larger families, groups and couples. All bedrooms come with a wardrobe.

The Villa is situated on a quiet street and you will find it has all your necessities to make your stay comfortable.

The Lounge room comes with a 42 inch Plasma TV, DVD player, stereo system and Reverse cycle Air conditioning. In the lounge area we also provide you with a variety of kids toys, books, DVD's, games and a playstation to keep everyone entertained.

The Kitchen has a table setting for 2 and has all provisions available for self cooking including tea/coffee making facilities, gas stove, oven, microwave and fridge, all cooking equipment, utensils and crockery are also provided. Plastic cutlery and crockery are provided for younger children and a high chair can be provided upon request.

Laundry area comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bathroom has separate shower and bath and hairdryer is provided.

The Dining area opens up to the outdoor courtyard which has a sitting area, gas BBQ and clothes line.

All bedding, linen, blankets and towels are included in the nightly tariff as well as all your kitchen, bathroom and laundry needs.
A heater is provided in each room for the colder months.
The Villa has a double lock up garage and off street parking is also available.

A portacot is available at $5 per night.
Internet access is available at $7 per night.

With St Kilda being the bordering suburb you will find the Villa is close to many of Melbourne's finest attractions.

If you are coming with the family and are after some family entertainment St Kilda Beach, Luna Park, Acland street, The Museum and Aquarium are fifteen minutes away or enjoy Caulfield Park which is just a few minutes walk and has many playgrounds to keep kids of all ages entertained.

The CBD, Crown Casino, Southbank, Rod Laver arena, Melbourne Park, Sports entertainment centre and Olympic Park are only twenty minutes away.

If you want to go shopping Chadstone shopping centre and Chapel street are just ten minutes away.

The tram stop is just around the corner and Malvern train station is just a 10 minute walk.

Caulfield park, shops, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance and Caulfield racecourse is a 2 minute drive.
