With entertainment for both young and old its a great spot.
GROUND FLOOR
3 entertainment areas to spread the whole family out, large open plan kitchen with modern appliances plus airconditioning spilling out onto the dining and family area which then opens onto the deck and large pool/yard. One living space also has a Billiard Table.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, one with an ensuite, plus a main bathroom and powder room. Laundry with washer dryer. Remote DLUG with internal access.
All bedrooms have carpet and living spaces have polished timber floors.

TOP FLOOR
Massive bedroom/parent retreat with double shower, spa bath and walk in robe. This room also has airconditioning.

OUTDOORS
The garden is great for children, plenty of grass, little decking areas, a BBQ, larger covered deck area with dining table, all surrounding the big pool.

NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS PERMITTED. Noise complaints will result in loss of $ security deposit and on the spot eviction plus payment of security guard fees and council fees if applicable.

Personal linen is not included but we have a hire service for all of our guests for a very reasonable price. Departing guests must leave the property clean tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller microwave, BBQ and so on. Thank you.
