Large open plan kitchen, which has a gas cooktop spilling out onto the dining and lounge area which then opens onto the deck and large pool/yard.
The master bedroom is downstairs with an ensuite and powder room as well.
The second bedroom has 2 singles which are convertable to a King.
Laundry with washer dryer. Remote SLUG with internal access.

TOP FLOOR
2 bedrooms plus a large living area with TV/DVD
Queen and 2 Singles upstairs

OUTDOORS
The garden is great for children, plenty of grass, BBQ, larger covered deck area with dining table leading to the pool.

NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS PERMITTED. Noise complaints will result in loss of $ security deposit and on the spot eviction plus payment of security guard fees and council fees if applicable.

Personal linen is not included but we have a hire service for all of our guests for a very reasonable price. Departing guests must leave the property clean tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller microwave, BBQ and so on. Thank you.
