"Tuckpoint is a beautifully appointed cottage with lovely gardens.Many thoughtful little extras so you really didnt need to bring a thing .Great position near the centre of town and railway station but it was still very quiet.Would certainly stay there again."

"Tuckpoint has a superb garden which flows into the house next door, owned by Larraine, the Tuckpoint owner. Castlemaine is a very pretty town, well worth visiting. Tuckpoint is within walking distance from most of the restaurants/shops/banks/tourist attractions etc.... It is very quiet, despite being near the train line. One of the best we have stayed in. "

"Accommodation was of a very high standard, and very tastefully furnished. Everything we needed was there ... and of such exceptional quality.

Looking out on to the garden from the kitchen/living areas was delightful.

A couple of times, in the mornings, we walked to the Botanical Gardens and enjoyed the beauty and peacefulness there.
