The house has two well-appointed lounge rooms with a loft, wood heater, open fireplace, piano, library, TV, DVD/CD player, garden views.
The large well-equipped kitchen includes gas stove, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer, ample crockery, cutlery, glassware, a variety of cooking and baking appliances and utensils.
The bathroom / toilet has separate shower and spa bath - bath towels, bathmats, swim towels, hand towels provided.
The laundry has washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Self-catering – several small shops 5-10 minutes by car can supply staple items; only 20 minutes’ drive away are regional shopping centres and a range of restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, take away food outlets.
Sorry but we do not allow children under 5 years old, or pets.
Smoke-free indoors, but smoking areas are available outdoors.
Housecleaning, bedmaking and linen laundry are done for you by caretakers before / after your stay.
