Ken & Chris' is a cottage style studio which has, since 2001, provided the perfect base for couples exploring Castlemaine and surrounds, attending local events or family functions or just relaxing and escaping from the pressures of modern life.

Concealed at the rear of our home the unit has a private patio surrounded by cottage gardens. Warm and cosy for colder days and airconditioned for comfort during warmer spells.

We leave you in peace to enjoy your stay but are just through a gate for anything you may need.

So you can soak in the double spa, and relax and unwind by;
- Listening to music,
- Reading a book or magazine from our library
- Watching TV or one of our videos,
- Playing cards or a board game from the cupboard,
- Observing birds in the garden,
- indulging in a massage that we can arrange for you.

With separate access from Stewart St secure parking is available in the yard. From here the town centre and shops are just a pleasant 10 min stroll.

Generous continental breakfast ingredients are provided, or a full cooked breakfast is available by arrangement at very reasonable rates. The unit has everything you need to prepare and cook BYO snacks, meals or BBQ.

Alternately, book "accommodation only" and enjoy a breakfast/brunch at one of the many Cafes in town.

Castlemaine is ideally located in Central Victoria and is great for a base to explore other areas. Ballarat is only 1hr, Bendigo 45 mins, Echuca 1hr 45mins, Grampians 1hr 45 mins.
