The upper level contains the master bedroom, kitchen and living area, all opening on to a verandah with ocean views. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. The verandah off the living area faces north east so receives plenty of sun whilst protected from the south east trade winds. Large glass doors offer options for indoor / outdoor living. The kitchen is light and spacious with flow through ventilation to catch the sea breezes. The outlook over the ocean, backyard, park and pool invites relaxation.
The ground floor provides another two bedrooms, one fitted with single beds, the other a queen bed. There is a second bathroom, separate toilet, plus a second living area. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, built in cupboards and direct access to the rear patio.
Bed linen and bath towels are included in the weekly rental rates. Luxury bedding is provided to maximise your enjoyment.

The house backs onto a park with only a short walk through the back fence to the dog friendly beach. The ocean view from the house invites you to go explore the beach and have a swim. Of course you pass the 11 metre pool in the back yard on the way and may not get to the beach. Walking and cycling tracks head north to Sunshine Beach and south to Peregian in the dunes through the beach reserve.
