Stunning large open plan living area with separate dining and kitchen. 3 bedrooms, including unique loft with amazing sea views and ensuite. 2nd bathroom. laundry facilities, garage and carport. Sleeps 6. Includes use of Half Court tennis court. Can be booked with adjoining property (12 Gold Coast Drive - Beachhouse 1) which sleeps 8, making accommodation for 14 in total (refer details on this website).

Locality

Situated on the stunning Fleurieu coast with magnificent views across the Gulf. Within 2kms of the Normanville township and only 10 minutes drive to wineries, championship Links Lady Bay and Wirrina Sunset Cove golf courses, horse riding, restaurants and recreational facilities.
