Riverside Cottage is situated on the banks of Carlton River , a 40 minute easy drive from Hobart or 20 minutes from Hobart Airport. If visiting Tas in November be prepaired for masses of flowering colour, a must to see.

Cottage, Holiday house

Our 3 bedroom cottage is fully equipped for your comfort and tranquility. Set in a semi rural area, Riverside Cottage is nestled on the banks of Carlton River with it's own jetty and grassed beach area. There is an abundance of oysters and mussels and your seafood platter is assured, also at the right time of year flathead are plentiful. The vineyards are just a short drive away as is Richmond, Port Arthur and Hobart.

Riverside is a cosy cottage with a wood fire, large beds and a fully equipped kitchen; there is also a cot and high chair for your little ones use. The gardens have large pine trees and secret nooks for reading, sunning or just taking in the local sounds of the many birds.

BBQ's overlooking the river at sunset are something to experience either with that special person or the family. We are sure you will love Riverside Cottage as much as we do.
