Lochinver's Blue Wren Cottage is quiet,cosy and comfortable for a couple and great families; it is a quintessential Australian farm cottage.

Wonderful sweeping views across to the box-ironbark forests, set amongst peppercorn and sugar gum trees in a farm garden with fruit trees and wattles.

Once a miner's cottage, it has three bedrooms for up to six guests,ideal for couple or a family. Wood fires in spacious lounge, separate dining room and a kitchen with modern conveniences, fan forced stove and a microwave.

The breezeway verandah offers a relaxed area. Secluded terraces allow you to enjoy drinks, reading and watching the birds...

Wander along the creek to see platypus and kookaburras. Enjoy the open spaces and tranquillity of this historic 1000 acre farming property along the Creek at Carisbrook.

Lochinver Farm accommodates groups up to 24 in the Homestead and two Cottages, Creek Cottage Blue Wren Cottage, which can be booked separately or together.

"We are well and truly back to the daily routine but cannot stop reminiscing about our glorious three nights at Lochinver. We wish we had stayed much longer. We were not prepared for the affect on us or the kids. We had such a wonderful experience.
The children loved sheep dog, Meg who accompanied us on our walks on your beautiful property and was such a great hostess and tour guide. They loved exploring the creek and farm. Each walk felt like an adventure and we discovered so many interesting things."
