"The property was well equipped, comfortably accommodated 2 families and a Grandma. The dogs loved it. The Grand children loved cooking sausages and damper on a stick on the camp fire, panning for gold, horse riding and the open spaces. We were very grateful to Susan for finding our forgotten items and mailing them to us. "

"Our holiday at Horseshoe Farm was exactly what we needed- relaxing peaceful atmosphere in a beautifully decorated farmhouse. The house had everything that you would need, even though it was winter the house was so warm and comforting. Our dogs enjoyed it tremendously especially climbing the Big Hill and lazing about near the creek. Lyndal your host is fantastic providing so much information and so fast on response. I would highly recommend Horseshoe farm for anyone looking for the escape from the city."

"We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days on 25 and 26 December 2008 for 3 family, 7 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed everything. On the way to the Farm, it was foggy and raining and it was someting travelling in Europe.
It was a good exercise to climb up the Big Hill. It looks easy but quite difficult task to go up if you don't exrecise regularly. However, our boys went up the Hill every morning.
We can feel the color and flavour of the owners from drawings, decorations, furniture and fittings, tiles and so on. "

"A most enjoyable stay. The house is spacious and well set-up for families. There are toys and games for children as well as a playground with swing set in the garden. The secluded location in amongst peaceful rolling hills is fantastic. Great views from the house of the countryside and the walks from the house are great. Being able to 4WD from the farm to Sofala and Hill End was also great. Would thoroughly recommend 'Horseshoe Bend Farm' for a holiday."
